Emy G is scheduled for surgery tomorrow, March 17th, to remove the scar tissue from her catheter. After this surgery, her catheter should work properly. Please pray that the surgery goes well and that she heals quickly. Please pray that the PD catheter functions as it should so she can transition back to using peritoneal dialysis instead of CRRT.
Emy was very alert and engaging today. It’s been refreshing the last few days to see her so content.

I just love seeing the pictures! Makes my heart glad! Nothing better than little baby nose and tiny fingers! She’s such a sweetie!

Yes she is a sweetheart. Very calm unless she has a reason not to be.

Prayers, Miss Emy! You got this! Thank you for her team of supporters. Thank you for watching over her and allowing her surgery team to complete the task with ease and Grace and in the most comfortable way that gets the job done. Big work doesn’t always have to be hard. And as always, thank you Rebekah and Ezra for sharing pictures. A baby’s job is to remind us life is full of blessings and hope for the future. Emy does this so well. Thank you for sharing your little miracle!
